profit community development organizations, for the provision of neighborhood
revitalization initiatives in order to carry out the intent and purpose of programs

or agreements to grant an easement on City-owned property on Lot No. 94 in
Burton Township, Ohio, to the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company for the

public purpose, requiring the owners of the improvements thereon to make
