Environmental Determination: Exempt. Attachments: Exhibit 1 6-B 2013-265 Food Truck Program Planning Board will Receive an Informational Item Regarding the Alameda Food Truck Program. No Action Required. The project is Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act. 7 REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS 7-A 2013-266 PLN13-0278 -- 1549 Webster Street -- Administrative Use Permit -- Applicant : Katie Anderson. The project consists of a Use Permit request to allow a hairstyling business within the Webster Street C-C, Community Commercial District. The proposed business involves the relocation of an existing hairstyling business at 1519 Webster Street. Attachments: Exhibit 1 - Draft Resolution Exhibit 2 - Zoning Administrator Report Public Comment 7-B 2013-267 Hold a Public Scoping Meeting for the Environmental Impact Report for the Harbor Bay Residential and Athletic Club Project. The Planning Board will be holding a scoping session for an Environmental Impact Report to be prepared to evaluate the environmental impacts of a proposal to build up to 80 new homes on the site of the Harbor Bay Athletic Club on Packet Landing Road and build a new athletic club on a vacant site located on North Loop Road in the Harbor Bay Business Park. The public hearing is an opportunity for members of the public to identify specific issues to be addressed in the draft Environmental Impact Report. Attachments: Exhibit 1 - Application Exhibit 2 - Comments Exhibit 3 - Inital Study Exhibit 4 - Maps 7-C 2013-276 3514 DePassier Way - Planned Development Amendment/Design Review. Applicant: Maggie Maiers. The applicant proposes to construct a 16 x 23 foot one-story rear addition to an existing single family home. The property is zoned R-2-PD, Two-Family Residence Planned Development Combining District, which allows a standard 11 x 14 foot addition.
