The proposed project involves the relocation of an existing business located at 1519 Webster Street. The property is located within the M-X Mixed Use Planned Development District where restaurants are permitted with operating hours between 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (The property was previously occupied by a banquet and events center.)
