4-A 2014-417 PLN11-0378 - Public Art Proposal - Walgreens (Alameda Station) - 1600
Park Street - Applicant: Ken Carvalho. The Public Art Commission will
consider an artist-generated digital art mural to be located along the
Park Street elevation of the new Walgreens drug store. This project is
categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA),
Section 15303, for the construction of small structures.

4-B 2014-418 PLN14-0103 - Public Art Proposal - Alameda Landing Retail Center -
Corner of Fifth Street and Stargell Avenue - Applicant: Catellus. The
Public Art Commission will consider an artist-generated steel sculpture,
steel plates and festoon light sculptures to be located along Stargell
Avenue and Fifth Street at the Alameda Landing Retail Center. This
project is determined to be categorically exempt from the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to the CEQA Guidelines
Section 15303 - construction of small structures.
