The facility was previously approved for six persons, Bay Harbour Residential Care Home, an allowed use in this zoning district. The facility would continue to provide 24 hour care for the residents. The project site is located within a R -5, General Residential District. The trailer will be located at the corner of Stanton Street and Buena Vista Avenue, and it will operate between 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. seven days a week. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15311 - Accessory Structures.
