3-A 2022-2032 PLN22-0217 - Administrative Use Permit - 1125 Atlantic Avenue -
Applicant: Dome Construction. Public hearing to consider an
Administrative Use Permit to allow two outdoor equipment enclosures
located on the north side of an existing commercial building. The
enclosures will include an approximately 218-square-foot outdoor
equipment enclosure and one approximately 313-square-foot
generator enclosure. The outdoor equipment will be surrounded by a
12-foot tall chain linked fence with privacy screening. The project also
includes modifications to the existing landscaping and parking lot to
accommodate the new enclosure. The property is located within the
M-X, Mixed-Use zoning district and designated Business &
Employment in the Alameda 2040 General Plan. The project is
categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 - Existing
Facilities
