FINAL REVIEW Case No. 666 F Request of Becky Liljenwall, applicant, representing Lily & Wall, LLC, owner, for the significance and compatibility review of the proposed replacement structure located at 634 Patterson Ave under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010) in order to demolish 31.9% of the street-facing façade to be able to remove the existing metal screening and all associated framing.
