Closed Session will convene at 5:00 p.m. 1. The City Council will convene in a closed session as authorized by Section 551.071 (1) and (2) of the Texas Government Code to consult with its attorney on a matter involving peddler regulation which is the subject of contemplated litigation and in which the duty of the City Attorney to the City Council under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Open Meetings Act.
