PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING
Take notice that a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Alamo Heights, Texas will be
held on Monday, the 24th day of April, 2017, in the Council Chambers, at 6116 Broadway, San
Antonio, Texas at 5:00 p.m. to consider and act upon any lawful subjects which may come before
it.
Closed Session will convene at 5:00 p.m.
1. The City Council will convene in a closed session as authorized by Section 551.071 (1) and (2)
of the Texas Government Code to consult with its attorney on a matter involving peddler
regulation which is the subject of contemplated litigation and in which the duty of the City
Attorney to the City Council under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the
State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Open Meetings Act.
Open Meeting will convene at 5:30 p.m.

and legally justified under the Texas Government Code, Subchapter D, Sections 551.071 et. seq.,

matters, exclusion of witnesses, security devices and economic development matters.
