INDIVIDUAL ITEMS Case 402: Public hearing, consideration, and action regarding proposed amendments to Chapter 3, Article X, Section 3-89 of the City’s adopted Zoning Code, to allow the expansion of existing non-conforming structures without the requirement to add covered parking.
