PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING
Take notice that a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Alamo Heights, Texas will be
held on Monday, the 13th day of August, 2018, in the Council Chambers, at 6116 Broadway, San
Antonio, Texas at 5:00 p.m. to consider and act upon any lawful subjects which may come before
it.
Closed Session will convene at 5:00 p.m.
1. The City Council will convene into a closed session to deliberate the employment, evaluation or
dismissal of the Director of Community Development Service as authorized by Section 551.074
of the Texas Government Code.
Open Session will convene at 5:30 p.m.

The City Council reserves the right to retire to closed session whenever it is considered necessary and
legally justified under the Texas Government Code, Subchapter D, Sections 551.071 et. seq., including, but
not limited to consultation with attorney, real property, prospective gifts, personnel matters, exclusion of
witnesses, security devices and economic development matters.
