CITY OF ALAMO HEIGHTS 61 16 BROADWAY SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS 78209 210-822-3331 tffi) PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING Take notice that a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Alamo Heights, Texas will be held on Wednesday, the 16th day of January, 2019, in the Council Conference Room, at 6116 Broadway, San Antonio, Texas at 8:30 a.m. to consider and act upon any lawful subjects which may come before it. Closed Session 1. Council will conduct interviews as authorized by Section 551 .074 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the employment of a new City Manager. The City Council reserves the right to retire to closed session whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Texas Government Code, Subchapter D, Sections 557.077 et. seq., including, but not limited to consultation with attorney, real property, prospective gifts, personnel matters, exclusion of witnesses, security devices and economic development matters.
