CITY OF ALAMO HEIGHTS 6116 BROADWAY SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS 78209 210-822-3331 FAX 210-822-8197 PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING Take notice that a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Alamo Heights, Texas will be held on Monday, the 28th day of January, 2019, in the Council Chambers, at 6116 Broadway, San Antonio, Texas at 5:30 p.m. to consider and act upon any lawful subjects which may come before it. 1. Approval of Minutes: a. January 14, 2019 Council Meeting b. January 16, 2019 Special Council Meeting 2. Citizens to be heard concerning items not listed on the agenda Closed Session 3. The City Council will convene into a closed session as authorized by Section 551.074 of the Government Code to deliberate the appointment, employment, and duties of a new City Manager. Items for Individual Consideration 4. The City Council will consider the appointment, employment, and duties of a new City Manager. 5. An Ordinance Ordering a General Election in the City of Alamo Heights, Texas, to be held on May 4, 2019, for the Election of a Mayor and Two Council members for Places One (1), and Two (2); Providing the Details Therefor and Providing for a Proclamation and Notice of Such General Election; and designating Jacquelyn F.
