Common Council Caucus & Regular Meeting

MINUTES OF CAUCUS WEDNESDAY, December 16, 2020 The Common Council was convened at 5:30 p.m. and was called to order by President Pro Tem Kimbrough. This meeting was held following Governor Cuomo’s executive order 202.1. It live streamed on Facebook using Zoom as the meeting platform. Members Present: Anane, Balarin, Conti, Doesschate, Fahey, Farrell, Flynn, Frederick, Hoey, Igoe, Johnson, Kimbrough, Love, O’Brien, Robinson and President Ellis. Staff Present: Danielle Gillespie, John-Raphael Pichardo, Brett Williams, and Michele Andre. The December 21, 2020 agenda was discussed. Paul Collins-Hackett a.k.a Batman attended Caucus for his appointment to the Community Police Review Board (CPRB). The Albany School District Superintendent Kaweeda Adams & President Anne Savage provided the Common Council with an update on the 2020-21 school year in this COVID-19 environment from academic, health and safety, and fiscal perspectives. There being no further business, the President Pro Tem made a motion to adjourn, which was duly made, seconded, and passed.
