RESOLVED, that the Albany Water Board authorizes Change Order 4 to the
Beaver Creek Clean River Project Phase IV- Third Avenue Tunnel Contract with
Rifenburg Contracting Corp. for the amount of $36,400. This will increase the contract
amount to a new value of $7,609,278. There is no change to the Contract Completion
Date of October 3, 2022.
