Kaplan) Speakers: Mark Plaat-Supportive; Oleana Lake- Opposed PROJECT # 00365 Application(s) COA # 0657 Property Address 105 South Lake Avenue Owner Joseph Matzner Historic District South Lake Avenue After discussing the proposal to remove the existing masonry entry porch and construct a new pressure treated wood entry porch, the Commission voted to defer the proposal in order to allow the Commission to conduct a site visit to inspect the condition of the masonry porch and allow the applicant to meet with a mason and develop the proposal further. ACTION: Deferred Motion: L. Pinckney- To Defer Second: E. ACTION: Approved Motion: L. Pinckney- To Approve Second: C.
