After discussing the proposal to construct a rear 2-story addition, the Commission voted to defer the application and requested
the following information-
• Provide schematic elevation and floor plan drawings showing the existing house and details;
• Provide elevation or section drawings showing the proposed connection between the existing residence and proposed
addition on the first floor, garage level;
• Provide further details on the addition’s proposed roof profile;
• Provide separation between the existing residence and proposed additon on the first floor, garage level;
• Provide photopersepectives of the existing residence with proposed addition from Washington Park;
• Provide a site plan showing grading; and
• Provide material specifications and cut sheets for all proposed materials (windows, railings, cladding, sills, headers, and
columns).
