After discussing the request to retain the exiting aluminum storefront that was installed without approval, the Commission
requested the following information:
The aluminum storefront system should be painted;
The aluminum panel between the storefront and second floor entry should be reduced in width, if possible and finished
with trim;
The property owner must provide the finished trim work details for the second floor entry way;
The property owner should consider improvements to the storefront awing;
The property owner must provide details for the proposed signage and lighting; and
The property owner should remove/cut the bottom portion of the aluminum panels that extend past the storefront at
the foundation.

After discussing the proposal for the revised storefront, the Commission requested the following information:
Revise the elevation drawings to show the correct location of the horizontal storefront mullions and remove the Fire
Department standpipe;
Provide a sign panel detail showing the shiplap with the propose stain color; and
The shiplap used for the sign panel above the storefront should feature a smooth finish.

accommodate registered attendees who wish to speak but did not email 24 hours in advance of
the meeting.
