After discussing the request to carry out a full exterior renovation on a vacant structure and construct a rear one-
story addition, the Commission voted to approve the request with the following conditions-
The transoms above the entry doors must be increased in height in order to align with the head of the
glazing in the proposed storefront;
The bulkhead panel below the proposed storefront must be revised to replicate panels. A piece of horizontal
trim must be installed across the bottom to create a true paneled bulkhead; and
Commissioner Pinckney will provide Planning Staff with a sketch detailing and clarifying the approved
conditions to be shared with the applicant.
