After discussing the request to rehabilitate a vacant, 2 ½-story brick structure and recreate a missing first floor storefront where previously
altered, the Commission voted to defer the application and made the following recommendations and requests-
The applicant must provide the Certificate of Appropriateness Window Diagram;
The Commission would like to schedule a site visit with the applicant;
The new windows should be 2-over-2 sash windows to match the historic windows; and
The door infill on the West elevation should either be recessed or a different infill material such as a trimmed panel.
