After discussing the request to install a fabric covered awning and a vestibule wall system, the Commission voted to
defer the proposal and requested the following-
The applicant must provide drawings or renderings of the proposed awning and vestibule wall system from
North Pearl Street;
The applicant must provide the manufacturer specifications for the vestibule wall system;
The applicant must confirm where there proposed awning structure and support poles will be located in
relation to the existing masonry patio wall;
The applicant should consider reducing the overall footprint or depth of the proposed awning; and
The applicant should look at non-permanent alternatives to the awning such as patio umbrellas.
ACTION: Defer

Code.
