Commissioner McNaughton moved to accept the resolution regarding eligible lists, and Commissioner Jackson-Chalmers seconded the motion. V. Creation of New Job Specifications  Creative Content Specialist (Public Library) Commissioner McNaughton moved to accept the new job specification, and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Jackson-Chalmers. VI. Old Business  Amendment of Job Specifications for Laborer 2 The Commission deferred this matter to the next scheduled meeting, in order for legal counsel to opine on the proposed change to the job specification. VII. New Business  Expiration of Executive Order permitting public meetings via Zoom The next Commission Meeting will be held in-person at City Hall. VIII.
