Roll call 2. Approval of previous meeting minutes, for Thursday, May 27, 2021 3. Discuss review of revision to the Internal Controls Policy and accompanying resolution 4. Discuss review of Uniform Guidance Compliance Policy 5. Discuss review of revision to the Investment Policy 6. Review resolution concluding the AWB does not need additional ABO required policies (Travel Policy and Reimbursement/Compensation Policy) 7. Review policy revisions to include consistent upfront sections: Purpose, Applicability, Definitions (if needed); and document the Resolution number at the end of the Resolutions 8. Review red‐lined version of the Operations Agreement 9. Enter Executive Session1 10. Exit Executive Session 11.
