MINUTES Meeting of the Albany Municipal Civil Service Commission held Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at 4:30pm via video conference in accordance with the health and safety guidelines issued by NYS due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Call to order -  Commissioner McNaughton called the meeting to order at 4:42 PM II.
