Creation of New Job Specifications  Capital Program Coordinator (AHA) Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to approve the creation of Capital Program Coordinator. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Yeboah, motion passed and carried. X. Amendment of Job Specifications  Crime Analyst  Marketing Coordinator Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to approve the amendment of all titles. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Yeboah, motion passed and carried. XI. Old Business  Meeting Procedure Rules Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to amend the Meeting Procedure Rules as follows: ARTICLE 2 – MEMBERSHIP AND QUORUM 1. The Civil Service Commission shall consist of Three (3) Members, to consist of one Chairperson, one Vice Chairperson and two one Commissioners. 2. Members shall be appointed by the Mayor of the City of Albany to one six (6) year term. 3. The Commission shall designate one of its members as Chairperson by a majority vote. 4. The Commission shall designate a Secretary by a majority vote. 5. A quorum of the Commission is two Members. 6. A quorum of the Commission shall be required to conduct any business. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Yeboah, motion passed and carried. Linda Keller to review and notify the Commission of any necessary changes to the bylaws. XII. New Business  Labor Relations Manager – jurisdictional reclassification request Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to maintain Labor Relations Manager in a competitive status. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Yeboah, motion passed and carried.  Decentralized Exam Provisional  Agency Non-Compliance  Commission Update- Chair & Vice Chair Commissioner Yeboah made a motion and voted to designate Commissioner Cassidy as Commission Chairperson. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Cassidy, motion passed and carried. Commissioner Cassidy made a motion and voted to designate Commissioner Yeboah as Vice Chairperson. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Yeboah, motion passed and carried. Commissioner Yeboah made a motion to designate Tatiana Diaz, or her designee, as Commission Secretary. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Cassidy, motion passed and carried. XIII. Adjournment Meeting adjourned by Commissioner Cassidy at 5:28PM.
