Resolutions: • Resolution 24-06: Authorizing department membership to Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies for 2024 and payment of dues for the amount of $5,100. • Resolution 24-07: Authorizing the Chairman to enter into memorandum of agreement with the Albany Parking Authority. • Resolution 24-08: Accepting task order for Liquid Lime Building Design service under the master service agreement with CPL • Resolution 24-09: Accepting task order to amend the scope of service under the master service agreement with CPL. • Resolution 24-10: Accepting task order for engineering service related to Feura Bush Water Treatment Plant Upgraded under the master service agreement with CPL. 9.
