Approval of May 29, 2024 meeting minutes Commissioner Yeboah made a motion to approve the 5/29/2024 meeting minutes, motion was approved by Commissioner Cassidy, motion passed & carried. II. Establishment of Eligible Lists  Family Self Sufficiency Coordinator (AHA) #85-822 Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to establish the list. Motion approved by Commissioner Yeboah, motion passed & carried. VI. Appeals  Library Assistant list #63-341: No response to two successive canvass letters – removal from list pursuant to City of Albany Municipal Civil service  Judas Vesper  Commissioner Yeboah made a motion to approve the appeal, allowing the eligible candidate to remain on list #63-341. Commissioner Cassidy approved the motion, motion passed & carried. VI. Amendment of Job Specifications  Administrative Assistant (ASD)  Assistant Human Resource Administrator (ASD)  Auditor  Director of Parking Violations Bureau  EEO Compliance Coordinator  Human Resource Generalist (ASD)  Parking Garage Attendant II  Senior Human Resource Generalist (ASD) Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to approve all job specification amendments. Commissioner Yeboah approved the motion, motion passed & carried. VII. New Business  Provisional Employee Failure to Participate in Exam Commissioner Yeboah made a motion to enter executive session at 4:45 p.m. to discuss an employee’s provisional appointment and review their request to participate in an alternate test date. Motion to enter executive session was approved by Commissioner Cassidy, passed & carried. Executive session ended at 5:03 p.m. Commissioner Yeboah made a motion to deny the request, Commissioner Cassidy approved the motion. Motion passed & carried, request denied.  PAR 07-24 _ Expanding Exam Numbers for 2024-2025 Testing Year PAR reviewed by Commission. VIII. Adjournment Commissioner Cassidy adjourned the meeting at 5:05 p.m. Next regular meeting: Wednesday, July 31, 2024
