• Resolution 24-37: Approving Change Order 5E-07 to the Beaver Creek Clean River Project
Phase 5 electrical contract with Kasselman Electric Co increasing the amount by $28,543.00
• Resolution 24-38: Approving Change Order 1 to the Feura Bush Lime Feed Equipment
purchase with W.K. Merriman Inc. reducing the amount by $2,000.00.
• Resolution 24-39: Authorizing the Chairman to execute an easement with BHE Eastern Gas
Transmission & Storage Inc for temporary access to AWB Property.
