I. Approval of July 31, 2024 meeting minutes Commissioner Yeboah made a motion to approve the 7/31/24 meeting minutes given they be updated to reflect that Tatiana Diaz, Commission Secretary was not in attendance for that meeting. Commissioner Cassidy seconded the motion, motion passed and carried. The 7/31/24 meeting minutes have been updated to reflect the correction. Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to move up Agenda Item X. New Business to be addressed first. Representatives from Albany Public Library and Albany School District listed above were in attendance. Representatives from Albany Housing Authority and Albany Parking Authority were not in attendance but will receive a copy of the information discussed following the meeting. II.
