I. Approval of November 26, 2024 meeting minutes Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to approve the 11/26/24 meeting minutes. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. II. Non-Selections/ Disqualifications for Police Officer #65-684. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to end the executive session and move back in to regular session at 5:00pm. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to uphold the non-selections/disqualifications for agenda item IV, Police Officer #65-684. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried.  Clerk Typist #10-018  No Response to two successive canvass letters City of Albany Municipal Civil Service Rule XII (3): Shirley Mercedes Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to uphold the non-selection/disqualification of Shirley Mercedes for Clerk Typist #10-018. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried.  Library Assistant #63-341  No Response to two successive canvass letters City of Albany Municipal Civil Service Rule XII (3): Kristen Abdella John Berry Adrienne Haase  Commissioner Yeboah made a motion to uphold the non-selection/disqualification of all candidates for Library Assistant #63-341. Commissioner Cassidy seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. V. Creation of New Job Specifications  Deputy Director of Parking Violations  Investigator (CPRB)  Plans Examiner Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to approve the creation of all New Job Specifications under agenda item V. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. VI. Amendment of Job Specifications  Chief Recreation Maintenance Repair Worker  Code Enforcement Inspector  Senior Code Enforcement Inspector Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to approve all Amendments of Job Specifications under agenda item VI. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. VII. New Business  Annual Renewal  Albany Fire Department Lateral Transfer Policy  Albany Police Department Lateral Transfer Policy Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to table Albany Police Dept. Lateral Transfer Policy. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. Commission Cassidy made a motion to approve the annual renewal of the Albany Fire Dept. Lateral Transfer Policy. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. VIII. Adjournment Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:06pm.
