I. Approval of February 26, 2025 meeting minutes Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to approve the 2/26/25 meeting minutes. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. II. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to uphold all non-selection/disqualifications of Police Officer list #89059-010 under agenda item VI. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. VII. Establishment of Eligible Lists • Community Relations Coordinator #85819-010 • Digital Marketing Specialist #87437-010 • Keyboard Specialist #85-506 • Watershed Operations Technician #85904-010 Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to approve the establishment of all lists under agenda item VII. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. VIII. Creation of New Job Specifications ➢ Fire Chief of Staff Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to approve the creation of Fire Chief of Staff. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. IX. Amendment of Job Specifications ➢ Crime Victims Advocate ➢ Program Technician (APD) ➢ Youth Aide (At Risk) Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to approve the amendments of all job specifications listed under agenda item IX. Commissioner Yeboah seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried. X. New Business ➢ Agency Non-Compliancy  ➢ April Special Meeting for Appeals (April 9th or April 16th) Commissioner Yeboah recommended inviting any agencies who need assistance submitting new positions to attend the next regular meeting to discuss how the Commission may be able to assist them. Commissioners Cassidy and Yeboah agreed on a special meeting date of Wednesday, April 16, 2025. XI. Adjournment Commissioner Cassidy made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
