Public Comment: Carol Mayer, Albany, NY (requesting the stop of all outside burning in all of Albany County during this pandemic) Adjourn: The Chairperson asked for a motion to adjourn, which was duly made, seconded, and passed. This meeting was held following Governor Cuomo’s executive order 202.1 and Mayor Sheehan’s emergency order 315-1b.
