Resolution 22-26: Adopting a Negative Declaration under SEQRA to conduct sewer rehabilitation
on Osborne Street.
Resolution 22-27: Adopting a Negative Declaration under SEQRA to install Culvert Pipes at the
Alcove Reservoir.
Resolution 22-28: Authorizing Chairman Houghton to execute lease agreement with Huck Finn’s
Playland LLC for 35 Erie Boulevard to use as a parking lot.
Resolution 22-29: Adopting a Policy to review Albany Water Board Policies on an Annual Basis.
