May 10th, 2022
(no quorum)
The regular meeting of the Building, Grounds and Cemetery Committee was called to order by
Chairperson Bert Hefty, at 6:30 p.m. at the Albany Village Hall, 206 North Water Street,
Albany, WI. Members present were: Hefty and David King. Absent was: Fred Johnson, Lis
Briggs and Tonya Stephan. Also present: Lonnie Gill.
Proof of posting was verified.
RECYCLE ACCEPTANCE UPDATE: It was reported that $1200.00 was brought in; it was a
slow day.
REPLACE INDUSTRIAL PARK SIGN: The industrial sign fell down from wind. A
replacement sign will cost $1250.00; and looking at replacing using composite material.
CONCERNS OF RECYCLING WORKERS: Nothing.
ANNOUNCEMENT AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Nothing
ADJOURNMENT: Adjourned at 6:45pm.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and to the news media pursuant to s. 19.84,
Wisconsin Statutes, that a meeting of the Building, Grounds, Cemetery, Recycle
Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Albany will be held at 6:30 p.m. on
Tuesday, May 10, 2022, located at the Albany Village Hall, 206 N. Water Street, Albany,
Wisconsin.
