September 13th, 2022
The regular meeting of the Building, Grounds and Cemetery Committee was called to order by
Chairperson Bert Hefty, at 6:30 p.m. at the Albany Village Hall, 206 North Water Street, Albany,
WI. Members present were: Hefty and David King. Tonya Stephen at 6:40 p.m. Absent was:
Fred Johnson and Lis Briggs. Also present: Lonnie Gill.
Proof of posting was verified.
MINUTES: Nothing
FALL ACCEPTANCE DAY: Suggested date of October 15th, 2022, will send to board for
approval.
2023 BUDGET: Budget was discussed and will send suggestions to the board.
CONCERNS OF RECYCLING WORKERS: Nothing
CONCERNS OF RECYCLING WORKERS: Nothing.
ANNOUNCEMENT AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Nothing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and to the news media pursuant to s. 19.84,
Wisconsin Statutes, that a meeting of the Building, Grounds, Cemetery, Recycle
Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Albany will be held at 6:30 p.m. on
Tuesday, September 13th, 2022, located at the Albany Village Hall, 206 N. Water Street,
Albany, Wisconsin.
