BUILDING, GROUNDS/CEMETERY/RECYCLE COMMITTEE
September 10, 2024
The regular meeting of the Building, Grounds and Cemetery Committee was called to order
by Chairperson Bert Hefty, at 6:30 p.m. at the Albany Village Hall, 206 North Water Street,
Albany, WI. Members present were: Hefty, Tonya Stephan and David King. Absent:
Kimberly Klein and Elisabeth Briggs. Also present: Lonnie Gill.
Proof of posting was verified.
MINUTES: Motion by Stephan, seconded by King, to approve the previous minutes as
written. Carried.
2025 BUDGET: Motion by Stephan, seconded by King, to increase Building and Grounds
Utilities by $300; and Recycling Center Wages by $3,000 and General Operations by
$10,000 and everything else remains the same. Carried.
ANNOUNCEMENT AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Nothing.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Stephan, seconded by King, to adjourn. Carried.

Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Albany will be held at 6:30 p.m.
