PARKS COMMISSION
January 15, 2024
The Parks Commission met at the Albany Village Hall on Monday, January 15th, 2024. The
meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Tonya Stephan. Roll call was taken with the
following members present: Stephan, Bert Hefty, Larry Ommodt, Jim Mauerman, Rich
Wachholz and John Koopmans. Absent: Larry Nipple. Also present: Roald Henderson.
Proof of posting was verified.
MINUTES: Motion by Hefty, seconded by Wachholz, to approve the minutes of the last
meeting as printed. Carried.
BOAT LAUNCH FEE DISCUSSION: Discussion regarding possible revenue options for the
village, such as daily and/or seasonal fees for the boat launches. More discussion is needed to
move further.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Nothing.
FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Donation boxes and park equipment.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Hefty, seconded by Wachholz, to adjourn. Carried.

Statutes, that a meeting of the Parks Commission of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Albany
will be held on Monday, January 15th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m., at the Albany Village Hall at 206 N.
Water Street, Albany, Wisconsin.
