PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING September 22, 2025 The meeting of the Personnel Committee was called to order at 6:45 p.m. by Village President Kim Blumer at the Albany Village Hall, 206 North Water Street, Albany, WI. Members present were: Blumer, Fred Johnson, Berty Hefty, Kimberly Klein and Tonya Stephan. Absent: Michelle Monson and Paul Rhyner. Proof of posting was verified. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Utility Clerk position and longevity pay. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION: Motion by Hefty, seconded by Stephan, to go into closed session under §19.85(1)(c). Roll call vote: Johnson—yes; Klein—yes; Blumer—yes; Stephan—yes; Hefty—yes. All ayes. Motion carried. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION: Motion by Klein, seconded by Johnson, to reconvene to open session. Roll call vote: Johnson—yes; Klein—yes; Blumer—yes; Stephan—yes; Hefty—yes. All ayes. Motion carried. RECOMMENDATIONS FROM CLOSED SESSION: Motion by Klein, seconded by Johnson, to approve 2026 wages as discussed in closed session. Carried. Motion by Blumer, seconded by Klein, to table longevity pay discussion until October personnel meeting. All ayes. Motion carried. ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Stephan, seconded by Hefty, to adjourn.
