MINUTES OF THE ALBANY SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD
April 28, 2025
The regular meeting of the Albany Village Board was called to order at 6:30 p.m. in the
Albany Village Hall by President Kim Blumer. Members present were: Blumer, Michelle
Monson, Fred Johnson, Paul Rhyner, Kimberly Klein, Tonya Stephan and Bert Hefty. Also
present: Lonnie Gill.
Proof of posting was verified.
AGENDA: Motion by Monson, seconded by Rhyner, to approve the agenda as printed. All
ayes. Motion carried.
ENGINEERING INFRASTRUCTURE COST ESTIMATE FOR PROPOSED TID: Motion by
Blumer, seconded by Klein, to approve Mead & Hunt to move forward with the cost
estimate for the proposed TID. All ayes. Motion carried.
VILLAGE HALL OFFICE HOURS/CLOSURE: Motion by Monson, seconded by Klein, to set
the office closure to the public on Tuesday and Thursday; and open on Monday,
Wednesday and Friday starting the week of May 5, 2025. All ayes. Motion carried.
ANNOUNCEMENTS AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Nothing.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Monson, seconded by Rhyner, to adjourn. All ayes. Motion
carried.
