STREET AND UTILITY COMMITTEE June 2, 2025 The regular meeting of the Street and Utility Committee was called to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Albany Village Hall by Chairperson Fred Johnson. Members present were: Johnson, Bert Hefty, Kim Blumer, Brooke Helley and Jim Mauerman. Also present: Lonnie Gill, Ex-Officio. Proof of posting was verified. MINUTES: Motion by Mauerman, seconded by Blumer, to approve the previous minutes as printed. All ayes. Motion carried. SEWER LINE / MANHOLE SLIPLINE: Gill will provide more information at the July meeting. 2024 CMAR REPORT: Gill reported that we earned a 3.95 GPA, an “A” average for 2024. Motion by Hefty, seconded by Mauerman, to accept the CMAR. All ayes. Motion carried. NEW SERVICE UTILITY HOOKUP RATES: Gill will bring the proposed rates to the July meeting. Motion by Blumer, seconded by Hefty, to table until July. All ayes. Motion carried. TRAINING: Nothing. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: New service utility rates; storm water plan from engineer; culvert. Gill will be on vacation from June 18 through June 30.
