OPENING, PLEDGE, PRAYER and ROLL CALL Sarah Collis – appointed January 6, 2020; appointment expiration December 31, 2027 Roger Cuneo – appointed January 2, 2024; appointment expiration December 31, 2027 Tim Smith – appointed January 6, 2020; appointment expiration December 31, 2027 Jeremy VanErman - absent – appointed January 6, 2020; appointment expiration December 31, 2027 Mayor: Todd Naselroad City Attorney : Sydney Darnall Deputy Clerk-Treasurer: Erika Voris PREVIOUS MINUTES COMMUNICATION RESOLUTIONS OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS The Board was provided the annual renewal for the city’s liability, fleet, cyber and workman’s comp insurance renewal. Agent, Kyle Nichols, advised the Board to their questions, especially around the hail damage claim we saw in 2025. Mayor discussed the renewal’s premium difference depending on deductible change for the fleets. Tim Smith asked for the lists to be updated. Tim Smith motioned to approve the renewal with the deductible increase to $5,000.00. Roger Cuneo second the motion. All in favor; motion carries. OTHER BUSINESS  Board of Works – Minutes June 24, 2026 ADJOURNMENT Mayor Naselroad opened for meeting adjournment. Roger Cuneo motioned to adjourn the meeting. Sarah Collis seconded the motion.
