Others Present: City Manager Denice Gerstenberg, Fire Chief Joe Doan, City Clerk Lisa Borgacz. Moment of Silent Prayer Mayor Gillis called for a moment of silent prayer. Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Gillis led the Pledge of Allegiance. Approve Agenda Motion by Blair, supported by Bembas to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried.
