Approve the December 2, 2015, minutes Dale Gunther moved to approve the December 2, 2015 meeting minutes. Nate Mecham seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. PARC Application Test In our December meeting, Lela Bartholemew, from The Timpanogos Arts Foundation, agreed to do a test run for the committee, in testing the application process. Comments from her experience:  Time consuming  Tried two different browsers and had problems with both of them - Internet Explorer and Chrome  You couldn’t save the application as you went  Had to start over a number of times  Had to do it in one sitting because you couldn’t save  Difficult uploading files  Needs more character spacing for some of the questions, couldn’t fit all the information in the allowed space Stacy suggested to her, the next time she fills out the application to all the answers in the Microsoft Word document and then cut and paste the answers in the application. Application Seminar Workshop Run-through Nate went through the Powerpoint presentation and comments were made on each slide. A question was asked about how all funded facilities expenses must be in American Fork (paragraphs 4.2 and 6.2). Brian will ask the attorney to clarify the statements. Laurel show the posters for the Workshop and has place the posters in the city administration office, rec center, library, and asked everyone to help place the posters around the city. Stacy again, suggested to tell applicants how important it is to answer the questions in the Microsoft Word document, and cut and paste in the answers into the application. The Word document application is on the website. Criteria Evaluation Sheet was discussed to help determine who and why the applicant should receive grant money. Brian asked everyone to send him suggestions for the evaluation sheet.
