Approve the November 4, 2015, minutes Dale Gunther moved to approve the November 3, 2015 meeting minutes. Laurel Shelley seconded the motion and the committee voted unanimously in the affirmative. Brian stated the city has set up an account using 1.5% for administrative costs. Quick Reference Guide It was suggest to keep the ‘Qualification & Definitions Table’ on one page by changing the order of the sub-titles to the following.
