PARC Tax Advisory Board 15 March 2018 City Administration Building Conference Room. Attendees Brian Thompson Dale Gunther Camden Bird Laurel Shelley Scott Okelberry Nan Kuhn Karen Schaack Nate Mecham participated by conference call. Approve the February 7, 2018 minutes Dale moved to approve the February 7, 2018, meeting minutes. Karen seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. Grant Application Discussion 1. The Utah Metropolitan Ballet sent an additional project application for “The Legend of Timpanogos.” The Board decided to accept the application as all their organization information had already been received. 2. Timpanogos Art Foundation (TAF) submitted their applications for funding prior to the March 9th deadline and their organization information was late. The Board decided to accept all projects funding requests. 3. Utah State Developmental Center (USDC) missed the March 9th deadline for submitting an application and organization information. An email was sent to Camden after the deadline requesting funding for a multi-use annex at the Valentine Theater. The Board decided they wouldn’t accept this application. Application Presentation Schedule Applicant presentations will be 10 minutes with 5 minutes for questions using the following schedule: August 21st, 6:30 pm: Fox Hollow Golf Club, Friends of the Library, Timpanogos Art Foundation, and Alpine Community Theater August 28th, 6:30 pm: Parks and Recreation, American Fork Chamber, and Utah Metropolitan Ballet Other The next meeting will be is April 11, 2018, at 5:30 pm, American Fork City Administration Building Conference Room. Scott moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:20 pm, Laurel seconded the motion.
