Nate Mecham excused from meeting and stated he preferred that the Fox Hollow Pavilion receive any
extra funds.
The meeting started at 5:30 pm.
Dale moved to approve the April 11, 2018 meeting minutes. Scott seconded the motion and motion
passed unanimously.
An additional $18,000 has been added to the 2017-2018 PARC Tax Fund. The City Council asked the
Board to recommend which project should receive the funds.
The Easton Dog Park, Fox Hollow Pavilion and Robinson Park Playground Equipment were suggested.
After discussing the options and a conference call with Derric, we all agreed to recommend the Easton
Dog Park. Robinson Park and Fox Hollow can request funds next year.
Dale moved to amendment the Board Recommendations to the City Council with $18,000 for the
Easton Dog Park. Scott seconded the motion and motion passed unanimously.
Karen moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:00 pm, Laurel seconded.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the PARC Tax Advisory Board of American Fork City will
be held on May 16, 2018 in the city administrative offices conference room (51 East Main Street,
American Fork), commencing at 5:30 pm. The Agenda shall be as follows:
1. Minutes from April 11, 2018
2. Discussion on PARC Funding allocation changes by the city council and consider re-
allocation
3. Adjournment
