Laurel moved to approve the 21 August 2019 meeting minutes, Karen seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. PARC Grant Community Survey The PARC Grant Community Survey results are not ready yet. Y2 Analytics did not receive enough responses from their target audience of 400. Another email reminder is being sent to the participants. The survey results will be presented to the Board at the November meeting. Timpanogos Art Foundation (TAF) Reggie Walker, Director of TAF, discussed some of the financial responsibility and concerns expressed by members of the City Council and other TAF insiders. He mentioned that TAF has recently re-structured its Board seeking greater diversity and business acumen from its Board members. Also, TAF plans to have an independent audit conducted. The Board suggested TAF: a. Hire a part time (10-20 hours a week) bookkeeper, currently the bookkeeper only works 4-6 hours a month b. Become more self-sustaining through local sponsorships and grants Other Business a. The Council work session agenda for October 15th (4:00 pm), includes quarterly reports by PARC grant recipients. b. Our next meeting is scheduled for November 6, 2019 Scott moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:40 pm, Nate seconded.
