Karen moved to approve the April 8, 2019 meeting minutes, Dale seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. Grant Applications Discussion: The Council has asked the Board to reallocate the recommended grant funds for the Boat Harbor. At this time, the city and county are unable to come to terms on the plans for the Boat Harbor. The Board discussed which of the various applications should receive the re-allocation of funding. See below for the new recommendations they are in red. Laurel will update the recommendation memo for the Council. Laurel moved to submit to the City Council the new funding recommendations. Dale seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
