AGENDA FINANCE COMMITTEE March 28th, 2017 at 5:45 p.m. AT AMERY CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 118 CENTER ST. AMERY, WI 1. Call to order. 2. Budget Amendment Request for the purchase additional breathing apparatus units for the Fire Dept. 3. New statutory required TID reporting requirements. 4. Recruitment and hiring process for a new City Administrator. 5. Closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1)(e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public property and to conduct specific public business for competitive or bargaining reasons. a.) Re-negotiation of the lease with the Amery Area Senior Citizens Inc. for property located at 608 Harriman Ave So. b.) The City Council may continue in closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. This is in regards to Police Dept. administrative staff. 6. The Committee will reconvene in open session to act on matters discussed in closed session and to complete the agenda. 7.
