Closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. This is in regards to the Dept. Head and Payroll/HR positions. The Committee will continue in closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1)(e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public property and to conduct specific public business for competitive or bargaining reasons. a.) Re-negotiation of the lease with the Amery Area Senior Citizens Inc. for property located at 608 Harriman Ave So. 3. The Committee will reconvene in open session to act on matters discussed in closed session and to complete the agenda. 4. RFPS for a recruitment firm to hire a new City Administrator and related budget amendment. 5. City Hall custodial services. 6. Electronic payments through the City website. 7. Campground fees. 8.
