Introductions 3.) The Committee may convene in closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1) (e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. This pertains to possible property acquisition for the construction of a road to service the new City industrial park located in TID #8 on the south side of the City. 4.) The Committee will reconvene in open session and may act on matters discussed in closed session and to complete the agenda. 5.)
